Share it on a Sunday - Case a Bird

Hi Everyone,

It's Share it on a Sunday and this week we are CASEing each other and it's my turn to CASE Donna.  I’ve cheated a bit this week, as I was trawling through her Blog archives  I found this card which was actually a collaborative effort between the two of us.  We filmed a video side by side in my craft room and we have been promising to do it again ever since, we had such a laugh. Jobs, life and COVID seem to have got in the way since but I have made this card as a reminder of that funny day and as soon as we are able, we WILL make another video - maybe this time in Donna's craft room. Hopefully one day soon we will be able to get together, all three of us and have a crafty day, it would be so much fun.

Instructions

On the long side, score the larger piece of whisper white at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2" and then the smaller piece at 4 3/4" and 7 1/2". Fold and burnish the two card bases.

Emboss both pieces of old olive card stock and then adhere the larger one to the inside and the smaller one to the left hand section of the larger card.

Adhere the pieces of Forever Greenery dsp on the sections of the smaller card base and then adhere the whole thing centrally to the larger card base (see the photo of the finished card).

Stamp the floral image and the sentiment in memento black ink on the 4 1/2" x 1 3/4" piece of whisper white card stock and colour in with your chosen blends. Then fix this to the front section of the card with dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment on the scrap of whisper white in black ink and then punch out with the 2" circle punch and adhere to the centre of the right hand section of the smaller card base.

This is a simple fun fold card and one of my favourites, why don't you give it a try.
