Lilly Impressions Thank You Card

Hi Everyone,

Today I have made a quick Thank You card using the Lilly Impressions Designer Series Paper which is one of the free products available in the new Sale-A-Bration catalogue which is available from January 3rd 2020. All you have to do is place an order and for every £45 you spend, you can choose one of the free products. This DSP comes in 12 x 12 sheets and is so pretty.

Materials

1 piece of Blackberry Bliss card stock 4 1/8" x 11 3/4" (half of an A4 sheet)

1 piece of Whisper White card stock 4" x 5 3/4" for the inside

1 piece of dsp 3 7/8" x 5 1/2" for the front

Scrap of dsp (I used the reverse of the dsp) for the sentiment

Scrap of Blackberry Bliss to mat the sentiment

Scrap of dsp 1/2" x 4" to decorate the inside

Blackberry Bliss ink

Daisy lane stamp set

Trimmer

Multipurpose adhesive

Stitched Rectangle dies

Instructions

Score the Blackberry Bliss card stock in the middle at 5 7/8" to make a card base.

Stamp a sentiment on the inside piece of Whisper White card stock and adhere to the inside of the card.

Adhere the dsp to the card front (I started with a piece of 6" x 6" dsp from a paper share, cut the piece for the card front, turned the dsp over to the plainer side for the sentiment).

Stamp a sentiment on the scrap of dsp in Blackberry Bliss ink.

Cut out the sentiment from the dsp layer and a matting layer from Blackberry Bliss card stock with the Stitched Rectangle Dies. Glue the sentiment layer to the mat and then adhere the mat using dimensionals to the front of the card.

Cut a strip of dsp 1/2" x 4" from the left over piece and adhere to the inside of the card.

There you go, a quick and simple card. This designer series paper speaks for itself, it needs very little embellishment to make a pretty card.
