Hues of Happiness - Stamp ' n' Hop Blog Hop - DSP

Hi Everyone,

For this month's Blog Hop with Stamp 'n' Hop we are showing off Designer Series Paper and my absolute favourite in the new Annual Catalogue is Hues of Happiness, it just makes me smile it's so pretty, I'm half way through my second pack already!! This time, I've used it to make a wedding card and picked out the pool party for my card base and I've used the Happiness Abounds stamp set and dies too. Let me show you how I made it.

Materials

1 piece of pool party card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", 1 piece 4 1/8" x 2 3/4"

1 piece of basic white 3 7/8" x 5 5/8", 1 piece 3 7/8" x 2 1/2", scrap for the sentiment

1 piece of dsp 3 7/8" x 5 5/8", scraps to die cut/fussy cut some flowers

Blossoming Happiness dies

Paper snips

Trimmer

Simply Scored

Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine

Night of Navy ink

Multipurpose adhesive

Dimensionals

Glossy Dots

Double Oval Punch

Instructions

On the long side score the card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Adhere the dsp to the card front.

Run the smallest piece of basic white through the Stampin' Cut and Emboss with the lattice work die and then adhere this to the pool party mat and add to the centre of the card front.

Die cut or fussy cut some flowers and leaves from the dsp and add to the lattice layer with dimensionals.

Stamp a sentiment on a scrap of basic white using night of navy ink and punch out with the scalloped oval punch and add to the centre of the card using dimensionals.

Stamp a sentiment on the remaining piece of basic white and add some flowers too and adhere to the inside of the card.
