Shaded Summer All Stepped Up - Stamping Around UK Video Hop

 Hi Everyone,

It's that time again, comes round fast doesn't it. I'm video hopping with the Stamp Around Uk group and the theme is 'Step it Up'. I've made a set of three cards starting with one for the Beginner Crafter with few supplies or just starting out; a more involved card with a few tools and techniques for the Casual Crafter and finally, a more intricate card with more techniques and will take longer to make for the Avid Crafter.  There is a video tutorial on my YouTube channel to show you how I made them.

Instructions

Card 1

Score the gorgeous grape card at 4 1/8" on the long side and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Randomly stamp the large floral image all over 1 piece of the white card and adhere to the card front.

Stamp the floral image in the lower right corner of the remaining white card and add a sentiment, adhere to the inside of the card.

Stamp a sentiment on a scrap of white and punch out using the double oval punch, add to the centre of the card front and sprinkle some rhinestones for decoration.

Card 2

Score the gorgeous grape card at 4 1/8" on the long side and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Stamp the floral image in the lower right corner of one piece of white card and add a sentiment, adhere to the inside of the card.

Stamp the floral image on a scrap of card and die cut.

Die cut the sentiment label from the Meadow dies and the middle rectangle from the stitched so sweetly dies in gorgeous grape card.

Run the remaining white card through the machine in the embossing folder.

Stamp the sentiment on the small label and thread ribbon through either end, add dimensionals to the back and fix to the bottom of the embossed layer, fix the ribbon on the back of this layer with sticky tape. Adhere this layer to the card front.

Add the gorgeous grape rectangle to the card front above the sentiment with dimensionals and add the die cut floral image, sprinkle some bling.

Card 3

Score the gorgeous grape card at 4 1/8" on the long side and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Add the gold dazzling paper to the card front.

Stamp the floral image in the lower right corner of one piece of white card and add a sentiment, adhere to the inside of the card.

Run the remaining white card through the machine in the embossing folder and trim down to 3 5/8" x 5 3/8". Add to the card front using dimensionals.

Die cut two sets of both flowers and leaves in the solid image from gorgeous grape card. Die cut two sets of the intricate images in the Be Dazzling paper. Layer the intricate images over the solid images and arrange on the card front, adding the larger flowers on dimensionals and tucking the others in and around them.

Die cut the tag from the pillow box dies and stamp a sentiment on it. Tie a scrap of the gold twine from the Elegant Trim pack through the hole in the top and fix to the card front with a dimensional.

Follow the video tutorial for a more detailed explanation.  Here is the other set of cards that I made using Gorgeous Grape in the video.
