Beauty of the Earth - Autumn Theme - Crafty Collaborations Blog Hop

 Hi Everyone,

Today I am hopping with the Crafty Collaborations group and the theme is 'Autumn'.  I have made a thank you card using the lovely Beauty of the Earth dsp with the Tasteful Label dies and the Shaded Summer stamp set. Let me show you how I made it.

1 piece of thick basic white card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
1 piece of pumpkin pie card stock 3 7/8" x 5 5/8", scrap for the sentiment label
1 piece of dsp 3 5/8" x 5 1/4" cut into 3 1 3/4" strips
Scrap of basic white for the sentiment
Early Espresso ink
6" scrap of gold shimmer ribbon
Shaded Summer stamp set
Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine
Tasteful Label dies
Multipurpose adhesive
Bark 3D Embossing Folder
Bone folder

On the long side score the thick white card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

On the inside of the card, stamp the big 'splodge' in early espresso but stamp off twice first so that it is very pale.  Then stamp the 'thank you' over the top in full strength ink.

Run the pumpkin pie card through the machine in the embossing folder and die cut the large label in pumpkin pie and the smaller one in white.

Adhere the embossed layer to the card front and then arrange the dsp on top leaving equal borders all around and in between them.

Trim both ends of the ribbon and lay it across the middle of the card.  Stamp the sentiment on the white label and adhere to the pumpkin pie label, add dimensionals to the back and lay over the ribbon and position centrally on the card, the dimensionals will hold the ribbon down.

Quick and easy autumnal thank you card, I hope that you like it.
