Peaceful Prints Masculine Birthday Card

 Hi Everyone,

Another quick and simple card to use up your stash of designer series papers today, this time it's the Peaceful Prints and a masculine birthday card.  I always struggle with masculine cards so this was a quick and easy card for a friend.

1 piece of thick basic white card 5 7/8" x full length of UK A4 (11 3/4")
1 piece of gold foil 5 5/8" square, 1 piece 3 1/4" x 4 1/4"
1 piece of dsp 5 3/8" square
1 piece of basic black card 3" x 4"
Stitched So Sweetly dies
Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine
Versamark ink
Basics embossing powder
Heat Tool
Happiest of Birthdays stamp set
Memento black ink
Simply Scored
Bone folder
Multipurpose adhesive

On the long side score the white card at 5 7/8" and fold and burnish to make a square card base.

Add the gold foil and the dsp layers to the card front. Stamp a sentiment on the inside of the card using Memento ink.

Using Versamark, stamp the sentiment for the front on the black card and then sprinkle with white embossing powder and set with the Heat Tool.

Die cut the sentiment with the second largest die and then a gold foil layer with the largest of the rectangles.

Adhere the black layer to the gold foil mat and then add to the card front, at an angle, using dimensionals.
