Gingerbread & Peppermint Flip Front Card - Share it on a Sunday - Christmas in September

 Hi Everyone,

This week for Share it on a Sunday, it's 'Christmas in September' and I've made a Flip Front Fun Fold card using the lovely Gingerbread & Peppermint dsp and the Perfectly Plaid stamp set. There is a video tutorial over on my YouTube channel, click on the link below to watch how I made this card.

Video Tutorial

1 piece of old olive card stock 5 7/8" x 4 1/8", 1 piece 8 1/4" x 2 3/4"
1 piece of dsp 5 3/4" x 4", 1 piece 2 1/2" x 3 7/8"
1 piece of basic white 2 1/2" x 3 7/8"
Scraps of basic white and old olive for the sentiment, gold foil for the bow
Scraps of dsp for fussy cutting
Real Red ink
Perfectly Plaid stamp set
Detailed Bauble dies
Multipurpose adhesive
Double Oval punch
Simply Scored
Bone Folder
Paper Snips

On the long side, score the long thin piece of old olive at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish.

Add the dsp to the 5 7/8" x 4 1/8" layer, this needs to be landscape.

Adhere the folded card as a tent fold to the left of the already decorated piece, this is the flip front.

Add dsp to the front of this section.  Stamp a sentiment on the basic white piece and adhere on the inside of the tent fold card.  Stamp another sentiment on a scrap of basic white.

Fussy cut two baubles and two trees from the dsp and arrange them on the card as shown.

Die cut the bow from gold foil (or you could tie a ribbon bow and add with a glue dot) and adhere in place.

Punch out the sentiment using the Double Oval punch and add to the card front with dimensionals.
