Tic Tac Toe Board - Share it on a Sunday

 Hi Everyone,

This week we are using a Tic Tac Toe board for our inspiration. These are a great way of getting your crafty mojo going when you just don't know what to make, they give you a great starting point. I have used the left hand down column for mine, which would you choose?

Materials

1 piece of thick basic white card 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
1 piece of basic white card 3 7/8" x 5 58", scrap for the sentiment
Scrap of mint macaron card for the sentiment mat
Scraps of Hand Penned designer series papers
Mint macaron ink
Tailored Tag punch
6 1/2" grey granite shimmer ribbon
2021-2023 In colour jewels
Very Versailles stamp set
Trimmer
Simply scored
Bone folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Paper snips

Instructions

On the long side score the thick white card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Mark the centre point on the piece of basic white card by drawing light pencil lines half way on both directions.

Punch out a selection of shapes using the punch from the Hand-Penned dsp and place them on the card moving them around until you are happy with the look. Starting with the centre one, adhere them in place leaving a small border (see the picture), work out towards the top and bottom and the two sides. There will be some that overhang the edges but don't worry, turn the card over and trim off the overhang with the paper snips. Remove any pencil lines that you can see.

Add the ribbon across this piece and secure on the back with some sticky tape and then adhere this layer to the card front.

Stamp a sentiment on the inside of the card and on the scrap of basic white. Punch out the sentiment for the card front and also punch out a mint macaron one, snip it in half and adhere to the back of the stamped one to make a mat layer. Add a few jewels to the tag (I've used soft succulent ones).

I hope that you like my card and will give it a try or make another using the board above. Don't forget to pop over and see what Donna and Victoria have made too.
