Hi Everyone,
Today I am hopping with the Stamping With Friends group and we are showcasing some of our favourite Sale-A-Bration products available during August and September. I have made a couple of Christmas cards with two of the dsp sets that are available, Penguin Playmates and Peaceful Prints. Same size pieces and supplies, slightly different layouts to illustrate how by changing things slightly, you can make completely different cards, lots of scope for any papers, any colours, any stamp sets. I have lots of go-to layouts that I use over and over again and they never look the same, give it a go.
Materials
1 piece of misty moonlight and 1 piece of thick basic white card 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
2 pieces of basic white card 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" and scraps for the sentiments

Instructions
On the long side score the card base pieces at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish.
Wrap the ribbon around the dsp layer and fix on the back with sticky tape and then adhere this layer to the card front.
Select a section of the dsp that you want to be in the rectangle and die cut. The penguin one I have adhered directly to the card front centrally using dimensionals. The deer one I have matted on a piece of real red card and then added with dimensionals at an angle.
Stamp the sentiment on a scrap of basic white - for the penguin card I have used a 3/4" strip and used the Heartfelt Wishes stamp set and the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch. For the deer card, I have used the Penguin Place stamp set and matted it on a small piece of real red card. I have added to the card front using dimensionals.
On the penguin card, I have stamped another sentiment in misty moonlight (sorry it seems to be a bit wonky!) and added a punched out penguin from a different sheet of the dsp and then adhered to the inside of the card.
On the deer card, I have added some real red snowflakes (I know they are not really red but it's my card and it matches the strip of dsp haha), and a 1/4" strip of the check dsp across the bottom.
There you are another quick layout showcasing different dsps, I hope that you like them.
