Monochrome Quiet Meadow - Stamp Around UK Video Hop

 Hi Everyone,

Today I am video hopping with the fabulous Stamp Around UK group. We are a group of UK Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who collaborate on a monthly basis to make a video on a theme, this month the theme is 'Monochrome'.  Let me show you how I made mine. There are links to all the other projects in the description bar below my video, click on the link to follow the video tutorial

Video Tutorial

Materials

1 piece of thick basic white card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
1 piece 3" x 4" basic white card stock
1 piece of coloured card stock 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" (I used pale papaya and polished pink)
Quiet Meadow stamp set
Pale papaya ink
Polished pink ink
Scalloped Contour dies
Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine
Bark 3D embossing folder
Pansy Petals stamp set
Memento black ink
Dimensionals
Multipurpose adhesive
Trimmer
Simply scored
Bone folder
Basic rhinestones (I added these as an afterthought after switching off the video)

Instructions

On the long side score the white card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Randomly stamp the single flower image in matching ink all over the coloured card.

Run this through the machine in the Bark 3D embossing folder and die cut the middle sized rectangle in the remaining piece of white card.

Stamp the flower stem on the inside of the card and also on the scalloped rectangle. Then stamp the sentiment over the flower stem in memento black ink.

Add the embossed layer to the card front with adhesive and then add the stamped layer on top of that using dimensionals.

After I'd stopped filming I decided the card needed some bling so added some rhinestones as the centre of the flowers.

I do hope that you like my cards and will give them a try.
