A Triangle Goodbye to the In-Colours 2019-2021 - Share it on a Sunday

 Hi Everyone,

The theme of today's Share it on a Sunday is 'Retiring In-Colours 2019-2021', it's always sad to see some go but exciting to see what is coming for 2021-2023.  The card was inspired by Jill Chapman (Paper Daisy Crafting) whose beautiful cards using the triangle dies made me buy them in the first place.  I've used them (for the first time) and the In-Colour dsp stack with the sentiments from the Pretty Perennials too. Let me show you how I made it.

Materials

1 piece of seaside spray card stock 5 3/4" x 11 1/2"
1 piece of basic white 5 1/2" square and a scrap for the sentiment
Scraps of 2019-2021 In-Colour DSP Stack
Stitched Triangle dies
Pretty perennials stamp set
Pretty peacock ink
Stampin Cut and Emboss machine
Paper snips
Paper trimmer
Simply scored
Bone folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Mini dimensionals

Instructions

On the long side score the seaside spray card at 5 3/4" and fold and burnish to make a card base.

Adhere the basic white layer to the card front leaving a border all the way around the edges.

Die cut lots of triangles of various sizes in all of the colours.

Arrange the triangle on the card front and adhere either with glue or mini dimensionals when you have an arrangement that you like. Tuck some underneath, have some overlapping etc, whatever takes your fancy.

Stamp the sentiment in pretty peacock ink on the scrap of basic white and fussy cut with the paper snips. Add to the card front with mini dimensionals.

Job done, a quick and easy card using up scraps.
