Hi Everyone,
For this week's Share it on a Sunday, we are CASEing a Favourite Demonstrator which basically means copying a project that we like that someone else has made. You can copy it exactly or you can use it to inspire your project, either way you should always give credit to the original project maker. My inspiration this week comes from Gez Carpenter who is a Team Mate from the Pootlers Team aka Nigezza Creates and there is a link below to her original project. I needed an anniversary card for a very special couple and her project was ideal. I have changed the colours and some of the products because I don't have everything that Gez used but the inspiration is hers.
Materials
1 piece of misty moonlight card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"

Many Mates stamp set

Perennial Flower Punch
Stampin Cut and Emboss machine
Old World Paper 3D embossing folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Trimmer
Simply scored
Bone folder
Instructions
On the long side, score the misty moonlight card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make a landscape card.
Adhere the seaside spray mat to the card front.
Run one of the basic white layers through the machine in the embossing folder and then adhere to the card front leaving an equal border all the way around the edges.
Stamp four of the three petal flowers and the sentiment using Versamark on a scrap of seaside spray card, then sprinkle with embossing powder and set with the Heat Tool - I thought I had picked up white but it was holographic and I didn't realise until it was too late.
Die cut the sentiment layers using the Stitched So Sweetly dies and layer them together and add to the centre of the card front using dimensionals (I have used dimensionals between the layers too.)
Punch out eight sprigs with the punch, four in seaside spray and four in silver foil.
Bend the petals on the flowers around the bone folder and then stick them together in twos, offsetting the petals to make a fuller flower. Arrange them at either side of the sentiment on dimensionals and then add the sprigs around them tucking them in underneath the petals.
Add some pearls and the card if finished. I hope that you like my interpretation of Gez's project. Don't forget to click on the links below and see what Donna and Victoria have also made this week.
