Flowering Blooms Thank You Card

Hi everyone,

Today I am really happy to be taking part in Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Hop for July and the theme is 'Thank You'.  I've made a card using the beautiful Flowering Blooms stamp set and dies and used the 2020-2022 In Colours too.  I hope that you like it, let me show you how I made it.

I would be very grateful if you could visit the Gallery and vote for me to give me a chance to take part in Kylie's Blog Hop at the end of the month, click on the link below:

Instructions

Fold the magenta madness card base in half at 5"on the long side and burnish well.

Wrap the magenta madness ribbon around the misty moonlight dsp about 1" from the bottom and adhere in place on the back with sticky tape.  Then adhere this dsp to the misty moonlight mat layer leaving a small border all around the edge.

Stamp 3 of the roses and 5 sets of leaves using the Flowering Blooms and Forever Fern stamp sets (I have used bumblebee and just jade inks) and die cut them.

Arrange them towards the left hand side of the dsp, adhering some down flat and adding dimensionals to the top on to give the card some depth (I have removed some of the stem and leaves from the roses that are underneath the raised up image just to remove the bulk).   Tuck the leaves in around the flowers.

Stamp a sentiment to a strip of 3/4" x 4" strip of whisper white using the magenta madness ink and then make a banner with this using the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch.  Add the banner over the ribbon ont he card front using mini dimensionals.  Add some cinnamon cider enamel dots on the banner to finish off.  Now add this built up layer to the centre of the magenta madness card front.

Stamp a sentiment on the remaining whisper white layer and adhere to the centre of the remaining misty moonlight layer and fix to the centre of the inside of the card base.

As you can see I have used all of the 2020-2022 In Colours on this card, two  new stamp sets, 2 new sets of dies and one of the new punches as well as a small piece of the ribbon to make this 'Thank You' card to show my appreciation to a very good friend.

I hope that you like this card and will give it a try.

Happy crafting,
