Hi Everyone,
Today I am playing with the very pretty new Delicate details Treat Boxes for 3D Thursday. My order arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to play. They are very easy to put together and you can dress them up in lots of ways, I went a bit mad with the bling!! Let me show you what I did.

Instructions
The treat boxes come with tear and tape already on them so it's just a case of folding along the score lines and then sticking them together.
But before I did that, I decided to add some card stock to the inside so that it would show through the pattern. Add a thin bead of glue to the outer edge of the coloured card and then add to the back of the detailed panel.

I've punched holes at the top as the treat box has holes for the ribbon but I obviously covered them up when I added the card. I think it looks really pretty with the colour showing through.
Then I peeled off the backing on the tape and stuck the box together, just tuck the tabs in and line the cut edges up with the fold on the tabs and press down.
Now for the decoration. I had some of the flowers from the Hues of Happiness dsp already cut out but you can easily die cut or fussy cut these images, they are very easy to do.
Punch a scalloped oval from the scrap of white card and stamp a sentiment in the melon mambo ink. Add some flowers and leaves to the back of the oval and add dimensionals to add to the box front. I've also tucked in one of the partial images from around the outside of the dsp under the oval so you can't tell it's not a full image.
I only had a tiny sample of the ribbon so have just tied a knot, I think a double bow with two pieces of ribbon would look lovely and I will try that next time. Then I went mad with the bling and added blue adhesive backed gems to the centre of the flowers on the box, the large dsp flower and one on the sentiment too.
I hope you like my little box and are inspired to get some yourself, they are lovely. Please pop over and see what Donna and Victoria have made too.
