1 piece of basic white card 3" x 4", scrap for the sentiment
1 piece of Flowering Fields dsp 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
Scraps of pumpkin pie, mango melody and granny apple green card for the flowers

Layering Circle Dies
Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Brass Butterflies
Pumpkin Pie ink
Flowering Tulips stamp set
Dimensionals
Multipurpose Adhesive
Trimmer
Simply Scored
Bone Folder
Mini glue dots

Instructions

On the long side score the thick card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make a card base.

Adhere the dsp to the card front.

Die cut the largest rectangle in basic white and the pieces of the tulips in mango melody and pumpkin pie and the leaves and stems in granny apple green (see picture for the pieces I have used). Die cut a 2" diameter circle in basic white.

Adhere the stems in place first on the rectangle mat and then add the leaves with mini glue dots as shown.  Put the tulips together as shown in the pictures and add then with mini dimensionals at the top of the stems. Adhere this piece to the centre of the card front.

Stamp the sentiment on the die cut circle and add that to the card front as shown.

Stamp a flower on the inside of the card. Then add some brass butterflies on the card front to finish it off.
