Share it on a Sunday - Tic Tac Toe Birthday Card

 Hi Everyone,

This week for Share it on a Sunday, we are using a Tic Tac Toe Board, I have chosen a diagional line bottom left to top right - pink, DSP, birthday. These boards are a great way to get your crafty mojo going and to give you ideas or themes to try. Which line would you choose?

1 piece of polished pink card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
1 piece of dsp 3 1/4" x 5 7/8", 1 piece 2" x 5 7/8"
1 piece of basic white card 2 1/2" x 5 7/8", scrap for the sentiment
1 piece of gold foil 1" x 5 7/8", scrap for sentiment
Scrap of gold twine to tie a bow
Polished Pink ink
Artistically Inked stamp set
Basic Border dies
Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Double Oval Punch
Shaded Summer stamp set
Multipurpose adhesive
Mini glue dots

On the long side score the polished pink at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make a card base.

Using one of the border dies, lay it along the front opening edge and run it through the embossing machine to remove the edge.

Repeat this using the gold foil and the larger piece of dsp.

Adhere the gold foil one on the card front, set back from the card edge as shown and then add the dsp one just leaving a gold border (see the picture).

On the inside adhere the dsp butting up to the right hand edge leaving no border, then add the white card over the top to add your message. I've stamped another sentiment and some flowers on this layer.

Stamp a sentiment on a scrap of white and then punch that out using the Double Oval Punch and layer it on the larger gold foil scalloped oval.  Add the sentiment to the card front on dimensionals and add a small bow with a mini glue dot.

I hope you like my card, please pop over and see what Donna and Victoria have made too.
