Fine Art Floral Home Decor - Stamp Around UK

 Hi Everyone,

Today I am hopping with the Stamp Around UK group and the theme was 'Favourite DSP'. My favourite at the moment is the Fine Art Floral but I only had a small amount left so wanted to make something that I could see every day so I made a picture for the wall in my craft room. Check out the video tutorial and I will show you how I made it.

Materials

Small pieces of dsp - as many or as little as you want
Pieces of matching card stock to mount the dsp
Larger piece of dsp or card stock to use as a backing piece
Favourite stamp set (I've used the Art Gallery bundle)
Matching inks
Trimmer
Stampin Cut and Emboss machine
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Shadow box frame (mine is from IKEA)

Instructions

I haven't given exact sizes because it will depend on the size of your frame and what pieces of dsp you want to display. I only had a small amount of the one that I wanted to display and a piece large enough to act as a backing piece that I could stamp on. There are more details in the video tutorial.

Once I had layered up my pieces and decided where they were going to be placed, I have stamped my flowers in opposite corners and then just added a sentiment and put the whole lot in the frame.

I have made other versions of this in the past where I have given more detailed instructions

Birthday Bonanza Sampler -

Magnolia Lane Sampler

Butterfly Gala Sampler

I like these frames because you can swap the contents as often as you like and keep changing the decoration to match your mood or your favourites as they come and go.
Why don't you give it a try and see what you come up with.
