Stamped One Sheet Wonder - Art Gallery Forever Fern - Stampin' Birds Showcase Blog Hop

 Hi Everyone,

Today I am hopping with team mates in Stampin' Birds, we are each showcasing something we have been working on. Mine is a work in progress, I have been playing with the Art Gallery and Forever Fern stamp sets.

Whenever I get a new stamp set, I like to play about and just stamp to see how it looks and to see how the stamps fit together and how it fits in with others too and to try different colour combinations.

Today I have mixed Art Gallery and Forever Fern and I've used Petal Pink, Rococo Rose, Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive.

So I have stamped my design and filled in with leaves and 'dotty' bits to fill the entire piece - this is a piece that measures 8 3/4" x 8 1/4" and was just a piece I had lying on my desk.  I like the design but what shall I do with it?  There are lots of things I could do:-

• make cards
• make bookmarks
• make tags

Next question - how many shall I make?

• four cards
• four bookmarks
• eight tags
• a picture for the wall in my craft room

Next question - how shall I layer them up?

• on petal pink
• on rococo rose
• on pear pizzazz
• on old olive

Next question - any decoration?

• pearls/rhinestones
• ribbon
• sentiments
• additional die cuts

As you can see, I could go lots of ways with this one piece of card stock with some simple stamping.
