Field of Flowers Celebration Card - Gardeners World Inspiration

 Hi Everyone,

Today I am hopping with the Stampin Dreams Group and the theme is 'Movies and TV'. I have chosen to use the TV programme 'Gardeners World' as my inspiration for my 'wild flower meadow'.  Let me show you how I made this card.

Materials

1 piece of daffodil delight card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4" and 1 piece 3 1/8" x 5 3/8"
1 piece of basic white card 2 7/8" x 5 1/8" and 1 piece 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
1 piece of Flower and Field designer series paper 4" x 5 3/4"
Field of Flowers stamp set
Garden green ink
Magenta madness ink
Daffodil delight ink
Daffodil delight ruched ribbon
Trimmer
Simply scored
Bone folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals

Instructions

On the long side score the daffodil delight card stock at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make a landscape card base.

Wrap the ribbon around the centre of the dsp and secure on the back with sticky tape. Adhere the dsp to the card front.

Stamp the grass strip along the bottom of the basic white layer to fill it from side to side.  Stamp the tiny flowers over the top in magenta madness and daffodil delight.

Stamp the sentiment above the wild flower meadow and then add some dragonflies.  Adhere this layer to the daffodil delight mat layer and fix to the card front using dimensionals.

Stamp a flower on the remaining white layer and adhere to the inside of the card.

A quick and simple card inspired by the wild flower meadow on Gardeners World.
