Art Gallery Thank You Card - Kylie's Monthly International Gallery

 Hi Everyone,

Today I have made a thank you card using the beautiful Art Gallery stamp set in magenta madness and laid it on a black embossed mat and added a pop of gold.  I made this card as my entry for this months Kylie Bertucci's Monthly International Blog Highlights. I was lucky enough to make it into the top ten last month due to you lovely people voting for my card.  I would really like to make it again this month if I can, so if you could click on the link below and vote for me I would be really grateful, Thank You XXX

Instructions

On the long side, score the basic black card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Run the other piece of black card through the machine using the 3D embossing folder.

Stamp the flower in the centre of the basic white (smaller piece) using magenta madness and then stamp the detail over the top using black, add some matt black dots to the corners of the card. Add the sentiment beneath the flower.

Adhere the stamped layer to the gold foil leaving an equal border all round the edges and add this to the embossed layer using dimensionals.

Add the embossed layer to the card front also using dimensionals.

Stamp another flower on the remaining basic white card and adhere to the inside of the card.

I think the combination of black and white with a pop of pink and gold makes a really striking card, I hope that you like it.
