Stamp Around UK September Video Hop - Happiest of Birthdays Embossed Card

 Hi Everyone,

Today I am taking part in the Stamp Around UK Video Hop and the theme was 'embossing'. This is something that I really don't do enough of so I thought I would do both dry and heat embossing for this one, I hope that you like it and give it a try.  The link to my video is below and from there you can get the links to all the other projects too:

Happiest of Birthdays stamp set
Versamark ink
Just jade ink
White embossing powder
Heat tool
Stampin Cut and Emboss machine (available 1st September)
Dimensionals
Multipurpose adhesive

Bone folder

Instructions

Score the just jade card stock at 5 7/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Stamp a sentiment with just jade ink on a piece of whisper white and adhere to the inside of the card.

Run the other piece of whisper white through the Cut and Emboss machine in the Old Paper embossing folder and then adhere to the card front, leaving a tiny border all around the edge.

Stamp the sentiment using Versamark on the square of just jade and stamp three sets of butterflies on the scraps of just jade. Sprinkle with white embossing powder and shake off the excess.  Set with the heat tool and watch the magic, I love heat embossing!

Punch out the butterflies and adhere the small ones on top of the large ones and pull up the wings to give some dimension.

Add the sentiment with dimensions to the centre of the card front and then arrange the butterflies around it.

There you are, a pretty embossed birthday card, I hope that you like it.
