Fun Fold Friday #33 - Double Tent Fold Masculine Card

 Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Fun Fold Friday series and this week I have made a Double Tent Fold with a more masculine feel using the World of Good designer series paper.  It could just as easily be a more feminine card just by changing the dsp, my sample card is in Forever Greenery - see the  picture below.  There is a video tutorial over on my YouTube channel, please click on the link below.

Instructions

On the long side score the largest piece of misty moonlight at 5 7/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.  Score the other piece, on the long side at 5 1/2" and 8" and accordion fold and burnish.

Adhere the whisper white layer to the inside of the tent fold card base.

Adhere the largest dsp layer to the card front leaving a tiny border all the way around the edges.

Adhere the largest part of the accordion folded piece to the centre of the dsp layer that you have added to the card front, leaving a small border all the way around the edges. When this stands up now there will be two tent folds and the profile looks a bit like an M too.

Add the other dsp layers , again leaving a small border around the edges.

Die cut a large label from gold foil, for the circle one on the bottom fold, I cut the two circle dies together to make a frame, I think it looks a bit like a mini wreath.  Die cut a banner and a larger label that will sit nicely inside the gold foil one to stamp on.

Stamp the sentiments on the whisper white layers using misty moonlight ink.  the larger one I have attached to the gold foil layer using dimensionals and then arranged on the front of the card, also using dimensionals.  The banner one, I glued to the sides of the circle and then added mini dimensionals to the back to fix to the lower front fold.

I hope that you like this card and will give it a try.
