Heartwarming Hugs Christmas Tree card

Hi Everyone,

I am showcasing some of the pretty new products from the Seasonal catalogue from Stampin' Up! today. Let me show you how I made it:

Materials

1 piece of Garden Green card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4" and a 1" x 4" strip for the sentiment
2 pieces of Whisper White card stock 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" for the inside and a 3/4" x 4" strip for stamping the sentiment
1 piece of dsp 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
Small piece of dsp for the trees
Garden Green ink
Poinsettia Petals stamp set
Multipurpose adhesive
Pine Tree Punch
Trimmer
Lovely Labels Pick a Punch
Simply Scored
Bone folder
Sequins (from my stash)

Instructions

Score the Garden Green card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Adhere the whisper white layer and the dsp layer to the front of the card leaving a small border around each one.

Punch 3 trees from the other dsp and arrange them across the top section of the card front.

Punch both ends of the garden green and whisper white strips with the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch.

Stamp the sentiment on the whisper white label using Garden Green ink and then adhere the layers together and attach to the front of the card beneath the trees.

Stamp a sentiment on the remaining piece of whisper white, I have also stamped some holly leaves, and add to the inside of the card.

I've also added a few sequins to the trees to look like baubles.  Another quick and simple card, give it a try.
