Today I am taking part in the Stamp'n'Hop Blog Hop and the theme is ' Favourite Bundle' from the catalogue. You should have arrived at my blog from the lovely Jo Blackman. I have chosen to make a card using the Flowering Blooms bundle, let me show you how I made it:
Materials
1 piece of coastal cabana card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", 1 piece 3 5/8" x 5 3/8"
1 piece of silver foil card 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
1 piece of whisper white 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" and 1 piece 3" x 5"
Scraps of whisper white and coastal cabana for the flowers, leaves and sentiments
Coastal cabana ink
Bermuda bay ink
Soft sea foam ink
Flowering Blooms stamp set
Flowering dies
Stitched rectangle dies
Timeless Tulips stamp set
Die cutting machine
Silver edges ribbon
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Mini glue dots
Trimmer
Instructions
Score the coastal cabana card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.
Adhere the silver foil layer to the card front leaving a small border all around.
Stamp and die cut 2 coastal cabana flower stems, 3 bermuda bay flower stems and 2 soft sea foam leaf sprigs. Arrange them on the whisper white mat layer so that they resemble a bunch of flowers. I've glued some of them down and then added some with mini dimensionals to give some height to the arrangement.
Make a bow with the ribbon and add across the bottom of the stems.
Add the whisper white layer to the remaining coastal cabana mat and then add this to the silver foil layer using dimensionals.
Stamp the sentiment using bermuda bay ink on a scrap of whisper white and then die cut with the stitched rectangle dies, cutting a slightly larger one from the scrap of bermuda bay card. Glue the two together and then add to the card front just below the flowers.
Add the remaining whisper white layer to the inside of the card to write your message.
