Charming Landscapes Christmas to Remember - Share it on a Sunday

 Hi Everyone,

We have an 'Anything Goes' vibe for Share it on a Sunday for the next few months and I've been trying out designs for Christmas cards. The one I have made today is a very simple one showing dry and heat embossing and decorated with a little die cut ribbon of Christmas lights.

Materials

1 piece of real red card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
1 piece of basic white 3 7/8" x 5 5/8", 1 piece 5 5/8" x 3 1/8"
1 piece of gold foil 5 7/8" x 3 3/8", scrap for the die cut
Charming Landscapes Embossing Folders
Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Spruced Up Outline dies
Versamark
Metallics Embossing Powders
Heat Tool
Trimmer
Simply Scored
Bone Folder
Christmas to Remember stamp set
Multipurpose adhesive

Instructions

On the long side score the red card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Stamp a sentiment in the bottom right hand corner using Versamark and stamp one on the larger piece of basic white for the inside of the card. Sprinkle with the gold embossing powder and set with the heat tool.

Run the smaller piece of white through the machine in the Charming Landscapes embossing folder and then adhere to the piece of gold foil and add to the card front above the embossed sentiment.

Die cut the Christmas lights in gold foil and add alongside the sentiment for a bit of interest.

Add the basic white with the heat embossing to the inside of the card and job done.
