Dutch Barn Fold Card - Playing in the Rain - Stamp Around UK Video Hop - New Beginnings

 Hi Everyone,

This months Video Hop is all about New Beginnings, and we have the beginning of the new catalogue which launches in just a few days. Instructions

On the long side score the card at 7" and then fold and burnish to make the card base. Score the two smaller pieces at 1/2" on the 3" side and fold and burnish to make the two gates.

Adhere the two gate pieces to the bottom of the card with the 1.2" section on the inside and make sure that they are level with the sides and the bottom of the card.

Adhere the basic black mat layers to all of the sections, the largest one will cover up the adhered sections of the two gates so that they fold over the top of it.

Adhere the dsp layers in place.

On the remaining white mat layer, stamp an image in the bottom right and some flowers, bottom left. Colour in with Stampin' Blends.

Stamp a sentiment on a scrap of white and punch out with the straight oval and layer up on a scalloped one punched out in mango melody.  Add a daisy and adhere to the left hand gate with a dimensional so that it is central on the bottom of the card.

I do hope that you like my card and will give it a try, it looks fabulous with any designer series papers.
