Dainty Flowers Birthday Card - Ink, Stamp, Share Blog Hop - January

 Hi Everyone,

For today's card I thought I would use the Dainty Flowers designer series paper as my Sale-A-Bration choice. It is so pretty, I really like it and there are lots of colours that you can team it up with.

Materials

1 piece of thick white card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
1 piece of old olive card stock 4" x 5 3/4"
1 piece of dsp 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" cut into 3 strips, 3/4", 1 1/4", 1 1/2" wide
Scraps of old olive and white for the sentiment
Double Oval Punch
Piece of old olive ribbon
Brass Brushed Butterflies
Old Olive ink
Pansy Patch stamp set
Trimmer
Simply Scored
Bone Folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals

Instructions

On the long side score the white card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Adhere the three strips of dsp across the old olive card making sure to leave equal spaces all around and in between and keep the picture complete.

Tie the ribbon around this layer and tie a bow, then adhere this layer to the card front.

Stamp a sentiment on the inside of the card and another one on a scrap of white. Punch out with the Double Oval Punch, add dimensionals to the back and add to the card front, over the ribbon.

Sprinkle some butterflies and the card is complete.

Please pop over and see what everyone else has made too, you are sure to get lots of inspiration, I always do.
