Hi Everyone,
For this months Blog Hop, I have brought out an old favourite - Eden's Garden - and teamed it with a new one - Gingham Cottage, I love gingham dsp, it's so useful and pretty, it goes with all sorts of sets and makes lovely cards. I've brought out the Mint Macaron too, a colour I don't often play with, I hope you like my card and please make sure to follow the links and see what the rest of the Team have made too.
Materials
1 piece of mint macaron card 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", scrap for the label
2 pieces of basic white 3 7/8" x 5 5/8", scrap for the sentiment
1 piece of Gingham Cottage dsp 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
Mint macaron ink
Eden's Garden stamp set
Eden dies
Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Double Oval Punch
Basic Rhinestones
Soft succulent ribbon
Paper Snips
Trimmer
Simply Scored
Bone Folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Mini Glue Dots
Instructions
On the long side score the mint card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.
Adhere the dsp to the card front.
Run the large wreath die through the machine using one of the pieces of basic white and then add this to the card front as shown.
Die cut a label using mint card. It was too long for what I needed so I chopped out the middle section.
Stamp the sentiment on a scrap of white and punch out with the scalloped oval punch. Add the two ends of the label at either side of the oval and then add to the card front using dimensionals.
Stamp a sentiment and a floral image on the remaining basic white piece and add to the inside of the card.
Tie a small bow and add to the bottom of the oval using mini glue dots.
Sprinkle some rhinestones and the card is complete.
