Simple any occasion Z Fold Card - Fitting Florets

 Hi Everyone,

Today I have made a simple Z Fold card that could be used for any occasion using the lovely designer series paper and the dies and stamp set from the Fitting Florets Suite. I deliberately didn't put a sentiment on the outside of the card, just the word 'Celebrate' on the inside so it could be a birthday card, wedding card, congratulations card, anything you like.

Materials

1 piece of thick basic white card 4 1/8" x 11 1/2"
Scraps of silver foil and basic white
1 piece of dsp 5 1/2" x 3 7/8", 2 pieces 2 5/8" x 3 7/8" and a scrap to die cut the flowers
Pearl Hearts
Soft succulent ink
Framed Florets stamp set
Framed Florets dies
Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Trimmer
Simply Scored
Bone Folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals

Instructions

On the long side score the thick white card at 2 7/8" and 5 3/4" and fold and burnish into the Z fold card base.

Adhere the dsp to all sections.

Die cut a frame and oval in white and one in silver foil. Lay the white frame face down on your table with the silver foil oval inside it and add some tape across the edges of both to stick them together. To strengthen this I drew around this framed oval on a scrap of white card and cut that out and then glued that to the back of it to keep the layers together.

Die cut a floral image from the dsp and add to the silver foil oval using dimensionals. Adhere to the front of the Z so that it sits centrally on the folded card.

Stamp a sentiment on the remaining white oval and adhere to the inside of the card directly beneath the one on the front so it can't be seen when the card is closed.

Add some pearl heart embellishments and the card is complete.
