Hi Everyone,
Today I am hopping with the InspireINK group for the final time this year and the theme is 'Best of 2021'. Now that can be interpreted as the project that I liked the best or the one that the viewers from my Blog liked the best. I've had a look through and the two seem to coincide really, the ones that my subscribers like the best seem to be the ones that I like a lot or am most proud of for some reason or other. So here are my Top 5 for 2021:
Hydrangea Hill Triple Panel Card
https://craftykarendesigns.blogspot.com/2021/02/hydrangea-hill-triple-panel-birthday.html
I made this one for a team Blog Hop back in February, I just loved the colours in this paper pack and I really like this style of card. It's one I have used lots of times over the years and it always looks great.
Butterfly Bouquet Joy Fold Card - Crafty Collaborations Blog Hop
https://craftykarendesigns.blogspot.com/2021/03/butterfly-bouquet-joy-fold-card-crafty.html
I also made this card for a Blog Hop back in March. Anyon who knows me, knows that I just love butterflies so you can guarantee that I will always buy sets that contain them. I also absolutely loved the stamp set that I used for this one which was Pretty Perennials.
Floral Essence Anniversary Card - CASE a Demo - Share it on a Sunday
https://craftykarendesigns.blogspot.com/2021/04/floral-essence-anniversary-card-case.html
This one, I made for a Share it on a Sunday that I do with my best crafting buddies Donna Lester (Taffycrafting) and Victoria Littlewood (Vickieloudesigns) where we choose a theme and the three of us make a project and share it and each others projects. I was CASEing a project from a fellow Pootler teamie (Gez Carpenter aka Nigezza Creates).
Pansy Petals Pinwheel Tower Card - Ink Stamp Share Blog Hop
https://craftykarendesigns.blogspot.com/2021/05/pansy-petals-pinwheel-tower-card-ink.html
This one is my absolute favourite from the year, I loved this one and so did my subscribers and visitors to my Blog. It has received the most views by far for this year and I just love it, it has gingham paper (another of my favourites) and cute pansies. It is so easy to do but always gives a WOW factor and my thanks go to Sam Calcott from Mixed Up Craft who introduced me to it (and many more fun fold cards too).
Penguin Place - Christmas in July - Ink stamp Share Blog Hop
https://craftykarendesigns.blogspot.com/2021/07/penguin-place-christmas-in-july-ink.html
This is my favourite stamp set for Christmas 2021, this penguin is just so cute and the fact there is a punch too - YAY!. I think this one will feature again next Christmas as Stampin' Up! are carrying him over to next year.
There are lots of other projects that I am proud of and like a lot, but these are just a few of my very favourites, I hope that you like them too. Details of all products used are listed in the actual blog posts, click on the links to see more.
Why don't you pop over and see what everyone else has chosen as their favourites, I'll bet there are some that you haven't seen before and want to try.
If you are interested in taking part in some challenges and having crafty chats with like minded people and a bit of a laugh, pop over to Craft and Banter on Facebook (link in the side bar), we would love your company.
