Instructions

This is a really simple card to make in batches if you prepare everything in advance.

Adhere the strip of dsp to the matching coloured card front at the left hand side butting up all of the edges.

Add the strip of ribbon to cover the where the dsp ends on the front and tape down on the back of the card.  Adhere this piece to the card front leaving a small border all the way around.

Die cut the 5 rectangles using the third largest scalloped rectangle and stamp the sentiment using the basic grey ink towards the bottom of the rectangle. I've also stamped a sentiment on the inside of the card.

Stamp out one of the pairs of butterflies on each of the coloured scraps of card using Versamark ink (I am doing this because at the time of writing this blog, the new inks were not available). Make sure that you rub the embossing buddy over the card before you stamp.  Sprinkle clear embossing powder over the stamping and then heat set and leave to cool for a couple of minutes.

Punch out the butterflies with the punch and adhere them to the sentiment rectangle and then bend up the wings slightly.

Add this layer to the centre of the card front using dimensionals.

There you go, five simple cards that I hope you agree look great, give it a try.
