Birthday Bonanza Colour Challenge Card

Hi Everyone,

Today I've been taking part in a colour challenge in a Facebook Group I belong to, the colours were: poppy parade, coastal cabana and mango melody.  I didn't want to just stamp so I looked through my collection of designer series papers to see if any of those had the right colours and found some Birthday Bonanza.  I love the cute animals in this set so I decided to use that.  Let me show you what I did.

1 piece of whisper white 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
1 scrap of whisper white 4" x 3"
Scraps of poppy parade
1 piece of dsp 3 3/4" x 5 1/2"
Scraps of designer series paper
Basic Gray ink
Stitched so sweetly dies
Bonanza dies
Bonanza buddies stamp set
Balloon punch
Multipurpose adhesive

Fold the whisper white in half to make a landscape tent fold and burnish.

Adhere the dsp layer to the card front.

Die cut the large stitched, scalloped rectangle from the scrap of whisper white, some bunting from the poppy parade and one each of the little creatures from the dsp scraps.

Stamp the sentiment in the centre of the stitched rectangle towards the top and adhere to the centre of the card.

Arrange the three characters on the stitched rectangle with dimensionals.

Trim the bunting and arrange across the top left corner of the card.

Punch three small balloons from the scraps of dsp and arrange with dimensionals above the creature you have to the right.

I hope that you like this card.  If you love this set, you need to purchase it now as it is on the Retirement List and won't be available in the next Annual Catalogue.
