Share it on a Sunday - Challenge 1 - Tic Tac Toe Card - It's PINK!!

Hi Everyone,

Today I am sharing projects from my good friends Donna Lester (aka Taffy Crafting) and Victoria Littlewood (aka Vicky Lou Designs),  links below to their projects. We are challenging each other every week to complete a project on a particular theme.  This week it's my choice and I chose a Tic Tac Toe theme which I found on Pinterest. These are great for giving you a starting point for a card if you are stuck for inspiration.

Stuck on Stampin': lego birthday card - paper players tic tac toe!

The card above is what I have made using the top row - Circles, Birthday and Favourite Colour

Materials

1 piece whisper white 10" x 7"
Scraps of melon mambo, whisper white and silver foil for the sentiment
Scrap of pink ruched ribbon (retired)
Sending You Thoughts stamp set
Beauty Abounds stamp set
Layering circle dies
Dimensionals
Glue dots
Melon Mambo ink

Instructions

Fold and burnish the whisper white card stock to make a 5" x 7" card base.

I've stamped the bubble background stamps all over the front of the card in melon mambo as this is my all time favourite Stampin' Up! colour.

I've stamped the sentiment from Sending You Thoughts on a scrap of whisper white and then die cut a circle to fit that and then a slightly larger one in silver and a bigger one still in melon mambo. Layer all of these up using dimensionals.

Wrap the ribbon around the card and adhere with glue dots at the point underneath where your layering circles will go.  Fix the layered circles over the ribbon with more dimensionals.  Make a small bow from another scrap of ribbon and adhere to the ribbon band with more glue dots.

I hope you have enjoyed my project, now please pop over to

and check out what they made using the same Tic Tac Toe board.
