Colour & Contour Hand-Penned CASE the Catalogue - Bird's Challenge

Hi Everyone,


Today I am CASEing the catalogue for a Team Challenge set by the lovely Rebecca. The card I am CASEing is on page 98 of the annual catalogue.  This is a great way to get your crafty mojo going if you are looking for inspiration.

Materials

1 piece of highland heather card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
1 piece of basic white 3 7/8" x 5 5/8", 1 piece 3" x 4" and a piece for stamping
1 piece of dsp 3 5/8" x 5", 3 small strips 1" x 2"
Color & Contour stamp set
Scalloped Contours dies
Stampin Cut and Emboss machine
Highland heather ink
Daffodil delight Stampin blends
Old Olive Stampin blends
Memento black ink
Trimmer
Simply scored
Bone folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Paper snips

Instructions

On the long side score the highland heather card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Add the dsp to the card front towards the bottom.

Stamp the flower on the scrap of basic white and colour in with the blends. Die cut the flower and the middle sized scalloped rectangle from white card.

Stamp the sentiment in the bottom right corner of the rectangle and then add the flower with dimensionals.  Flag the end of the three strips of dsp and add to the back of the scalloped rectangle as in the picture.  Add this to the card front as shown.

Add the remaining white layer to the inside of the card and stamp a sentiment or flower if required.
