Hand Penned Thank You

 Hi Everyone,

Today I am having my first play with the Hand Penned designer series paper (the stamp set is on order, I can't wait), I just love it. It's pretty and delicate and the reverse of the paper perfectly co-ordinates with the floral side. Let me show you how I made it.

Materials

1 piece of soft succulent card stock 5 7/8" x 6 3/4" and a scrap for the tag
1 piece of basic white 4" x 5 5/8", 1 piece 2 3/8" x 5 5/8" and a scrap for the tag
1 piece of dsp 2" x 5 5/8" and 1 piece of co-ordinating (floral) 2 1/8" x 5 3/8"
A piece of evening evergreen ribbon approx 6 1/2" and another piece of a similar size to make the bow
Pansy Patch stamp set
Evening Evergreen ink
Tailored Tag punch
2021-2023 In Colour Jewels
Trimmer
Simply scored
Bone folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Mini glue dots

Instructions

On the long side, score the soft succulent card at 2 5/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base.

Stamp a sentiment in evening evergreen to the middle left of the larger piece of basic white card.  Adhere the non floral dsp over the top, to the right and butt up to all the edges.

Wrap the ribbon around the dsp section from top to bottom and secure on the back with some sticky tape.

Adhere this layer on the inside of the card.

Adhere the remaining white piece to the card front and then add the floral dsp, leaving a border all the way around the edges.

Stamp a sentiment on the scrap of basic white and punch out with the tailored tag punch. Punch another one out of soft succulent and cut it in half.  Layer the sentiment on the two halves of the green layer to add a border top and bottom.  Add to the card front using dimensionals in a central position.

Make a bow and add to the ribbon strip so that it lies just under the tag.

Add the In-Colour jewels around the tag and on the flower centres and the bottom right of the card.

I hope that you like this quick and easy fun fold and will give it a try.
