Sweet Symmetry Thank You Card - Stampin' Birds Showcase Blog Hop

 Hi Everyone,

Today I am playing with the Sweet Symmetry designer series paper which is very bright and cheerful and great for all sorts of cards.

Materials

1 piece of just jade card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4"
Scraps of bumblebee and basic white card for the sentiment
1 piece of basic white card 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
1 piece of bumblebee card stock 4" x 5 3/4"
2 pieces of co-ordinating dsp 3 7/8" x 2 7/8"
1 piece of bumblebee ribbon to wrap around the card front and 1 piece to make a bow
Just jade ink
Ornate thanks stamp set
Tailored tag punch
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Mini glue dots
Trimer
Simply scored
Bone folder

Instructions

On the long side score the just jade card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make a portrait card.

Adhere the 2 co-ordinating pieces of dsp on to the bumblebee layer butting them together in the centre.

Add a strip of ribbon around the card where the two pieces meet to hide the join. Now adhere this layer to the card front.

Stamp a sentiment on a scrap of white and also on the piece for the inside of the card. Adhere the white to the inside of the card.

Punch out the sentiment with the tag punch and then punch out one in bumblebee and cut it in half and adhere one half to top and bottom of the tag as shown in the picture.  Add the tag to the right hand side of the card over the ribbon using dimensionals.  Add the bow to the left side next to the tag using mini glue dots.

A quick and easy card using some very pretty designer series papers.
