Fun Fold 7 - Dinoroar Bridge Fold Card

Hi Everyone,

Today I have a fun bridge fold card for you using the fabulous Dinoroar dsp, it makes a really cute children's card.

Materials

1 piece of Mango melody card stock 7" x 7" and 1 piece 5" x 1" for the bridge
1 piece of whisper white 2 7/8" x 6 7/8" to the reverse to white a message
1 piece of dsp  2 7/8" x 6 7/8" for the centre
4 pieces of dsp 7/8" x 6 7/8" for the small panels
1 piece of contrasting dsp 7/8" x 4 7/8" for the bridge
Scraps of mango melody and whisper white for the banner bridge across the top (at least 5" x 1 1/2")
Scraps of dsp to fussy cut the dinosaurs from
Pretty peacock ink
Sending You Thoughts stamp set
Dimensionals
Triple banner punch
Multipurpose adhesive
Simple scored
Trimmer
Bone Folder

Instructions

Score the mango melody card stock along one of the sides at 1" and 6", then flip over and score at 2" and 5". Fold and burnish the score lines to make the shape, (valley folds at the centre then mountain folds towards the sides.

Adhere the whisper white layer to the reverse.

Adhere the dsp layers to all of the sections. Then adhere the dsp layer to the bridge piece and glue in place across the whole card so that it touches both edges of the folded card.

Punch a banner shape at either end of the mango melody card stock but make sure that it reaches across the centre divide, it doesn't matter how much it overhangs by.  Then punch the whisper white so that it layers on top (so if the mango melody is 1 1/2" wide then trim the white to 1" wide and punch both ends as before). See picture.

Stamp the sentiment at the centre of the white layer and then attach to the card at the top with dimensionals.

Fussy cut several dinosaurs from the dsp and arrange across both bridge sections.

To put this card into an envelope, you can push one side on top of the middle section and then the other section will fold flat. When you take it out of the envelope again, it will bounce back to the correct shape.
