Fun Fold Envelope Card

Hi Everyone,
Today I've made a fun fold envelope card using the current designer series paper stack which comes in over 50 colours, endless combinations. I hope you like it and will give it a try.

Materials

1 piece of card stock 5 3/4" x 10", score at 2 1/2" and 6 3/4"
1 piece of whisper white 4 1/2" x 3 1/4"
1 sheet of 6 x 6 dsp stack, cut 1 at 5 1/2 x 2 1/4" and 1 at 5 1/2" x 3"
Scrap of whisper white for stamping
Scrap of coloured card stock for the starburst punch
Ink to match
Butterfly gala stamp set
Love what you do stamp set
Beauty abounds stamp set
Butterfly duet punch
Starburst punch
2" circle punch
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Bone folder
Simply scored
Trimmer
Clear blocks

Instructions

Fold and burnish the card stock and put a small bead of glue along the short sides of the biggest flap so that when folded, it forms a pocket.

Adhere the larger piece of dsp to this section and then the smaller piece to the top fold over section which is the flap of the envelope.

Stamp and decorate the inside whisper white layer with a sentiment and I used the flying butterfly from Beauty Abounds..

Stamp the sentiment on the scrap of whisper white and decorate and then punch out with the 2" circle punch. Punch out a starburst circle in your coloured card stock and adhere the sentiment centrally to the starburst.

Stamp two sets of butterflies and then punch out with the Butterfly Duet Punch.

Put adhesive on the top half of the starburst and adhere to the top flap of the card so that the bottom half of it hangs over the edge of the top flap (see picture).  Arrange one large and two small butterflies on the top flap, add a dimensional to the back of the second large butterfly and add to the bottom section of the envelope so that the wing overhangs the top flap (see picture, this will help to keep the flap closed).

There you go, quick and easy card, hope you will try it.  There is a video over on my YouTube channel at
