craftykarendesigns: Hand-Penned Panel Fold Card

Hi Everyone,

Todays card is a simple Fun Fold Card, I love to make fun folds and even a simple one steps your card up a notch. A panel fold is a really simple one just using pretty designer series papers and a bit of stamping, but you can dress it up and add lots of die cuts and embellishment or leave it simple like mine, you choose.

Materials

1 piece of pale papaya card stock 11 1/2" x 5 7/8"

1 piece of dsp 4 1/4" x 5 5/8", 2 pieces 1 3/4" x 5 5/8", 2 pieces 1 1/4" x 5 5/8" and 1 piece 3 1/4" x 5 5/8"

1 piece of basic white card 3 1/4" x 5 5/8"

Pale papaya ink

Memento Black ink

Hand Penned Petals stamp set

Elegantly Said stamp set

small piece of pale papaya ribbon to make a bow

Stitched So Sweetly dies

Stampin Cut and Emboss machine

Trimmer

Simply scored

Bone folder

Multipurpose adhesive

Mini glue dots

Instructions

On the long side score the card stock at 3 1/2" and then flip it over and score at 1 1/2" and 7", fold and burnish the score lines in the way that you have scored them.

Add the dsp layers to all the panels alternating the patterns.

Stamp a floral image on the basic white card in pale papaya and then add to the remaining inside panel to write the message.

Die cut the two sentiment shapes and then stamp a floral image on the white one (I stamped off once to make it paler), then add the sentiment in memento black over the top. Adhere the layers together and fis to the front panel in the centre.

Add a small bow and the card is complete.
