Delightful Day Card

Hi Everyone,

Today I thought I would show you a quick card I made to match the hexagon gift bag I made yesterday.

There is a video tutorial over on my YouTube channel at

Materials

1 piece of card stock for card base (A4 sheet cut in half at 5 7/8" and then scored at 4 1/8")
1 piece of whisper white 4" x 5 3/4"
Scrap of matching card stock 2 1/2" sq
Scrap of whisper white 2 1/4" sq
Delightful Day stamp set
Matching ink
1 piece of dsp 1 7/8" x 5 3/4"
Scrap of dsp for butterflies
Butterfly Duet Punch
multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals

Instructions

Cut the card base and then score at 4 1/8" and then score the front half again at 2 1/16" and fold it back to make a z fold.

Adhere the whisper white mat to the inside of the card, leaving a small border all the way around.

Adhere the dsp layer to the front flap of the card leaving a small border all the way around.

Stamp the sentiment to the square of whisper white and then adhere to the card stock square, add dimensionals to only one half of the square and arrange it in the middle of the card front flap overhanging the rest of the card, see the picture above.

Punch out 7 small butterflies, bend the wings up and adhere them to the whisper white section of the inside of the card as shown above.

Simple, quick card to match the hexagon gift bag, why don't you make a set too.

Happy crafting,

Karen XX
