Rings of Love Welcome to a New Home Card - Fun Fold Friday

 Hi Everyone,

Today I have taken inspiration from one of Victoria's recent cards. I wanted to try out the Rings of Love dsp and the Alphabest Stamp set and Punch so I have made a quick Double Z Fold card.

Materials

1 piece of soft succulent card 4 1/8" x 11", 1 piece 2 3/4" x 10"
1 piece of dsp 4" x 5 1/4", 2 pieces 2 1/2" x 4", 1 piece 4 1/2" x 2 1/2, 1 piece 2 1/2" x 2 1/2", 1 piece 2 1/2" x 2 1/4"
Scrap of white for the letters
1 piece of basic white 4" x 5 1/4"
Alphabest Stamp Set and Punch
Evening Evergreen ink
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Trimmer
Simply Scored
Bone Folder

Instructions

On the long side, score the largest piece of card at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2", fold and burnish into a Z shape. On the long side of the smaller piece, score at 4 3/4" and 7 1/2" and fold and burnish.

Adhere the dsp layers to all of the panels (see finished card).

Stamp the outline shape for the number of letters you require and then stamp the letter inside the outline. Punch out the shapes with the punch and arrange on the card front using dimensionals.

Adhere the remaining white mat layer to the back of the card to write your message and the card is complete.

Rings of Love Flip Front Card - Crafty Collaborations - Fun Fold Blog Hop

 Hi Everyone,

I've been making a lot of fun fold cards lately, they are my absolute favourite thing to make. Today I have made a Flip Front Thank You card using the lovely Rings of Love dsp which is FREE during Sale-a-Bration and I've teamed it with the Shaded Summer stamp set.

Materials

1 piece of crumb cake card stock 11 3/4" x 4 1/8", 1 piece 2" x 5", 1 piece 3" x 4 1/4"
1 piece of basic white 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
1 piece of dsp 3 7/8" x 5 5/8", 1 piece 3" x 4 1/4" , scrap to fussy cut a house
Shaded Summer stamp set
Crumb cake ink
Trimmer
Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Stitched Rectangle dies
Simply Scored
Bone Folder
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Paper Snips

Instructions

On the long side, score the largest piece of crumb cake at 5 7/8" and fold and burnish into a tent shaped base.

Randomly stamp a leaf spring on the 2" x 5" piece of crumb cake using crumb cake ink. Score on the long side at 4", fold and burnish. Adhere the 1" portion to the inside of the card so that the rest of it will fold over the front of the card base when closed.

Stamp a sentiment and stamp some leaves on the white mat layer and add to the inside of the card, this will hide the piece of crumb cake from the flap.

Add the dsp to the card front.

Die cut a rectangle from the remaining crumb cake card and then trim the remaining piece of dsp to fit just inside the stitching.  Stamp a sentiment in the top right of this dsp and then adhere to the crumb cake rectangle  Adhere this to the flap so that it sits centrally on the card front.

Fussy cut one of the houses from the dsp and add to the card front using dimensionals and the card is complete.
