Hi Everyone,
Today I am taking part in a Blog Hop with the Stamp N Hop group and you may have arrived from Rebecca's blog, welcome. The theme is a Colour Challenge - Misty Moonlight, Crumb Cake and Mossy Meadow. I have made a masculine card using the World of Good designer series paper and the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set. Let me show you how I made it.
Materials
1 piece of mossy meadow card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", 1 piece 3" square and 1 piece 1 1/2" x 3 1/2"
1 piece of basic white 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" for the inside and a strip 1" x 3" for the sentiment
1piece of World of Good dsp (mossy meadow) 4" x 5 3/4"
1 piece of contrasting dsp (crumb cake) 2 7/8" square
Triple banner punch
Happiest of birthdays stamp set
Misty Moonlight ink
Multipurpose adhesive
Dimensionals
Trimmer
Simply scored
Bone folder
Instructions
On the long side score the mossy meadow card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make a landscape card.
Adhere the largest dsp to the card front.
Adhere the 2 7/8" square of dsp to the 3" square of card and adhere to the front with dimensionals at the left hand side of the card.
Punch out two banner pieces, one in mossy meadow and one in basic white. Stamp the sentiment on the white one and adhere them together. Add to the card front so that it tucks underneath the square.
Add a sentiment if required on the remaining piece of basic white and adhere to the inside of the card.
This is a very quick and easy card and I hope that you will give it a try.
